The Moment You Have Been Waiting For!

Booooooots!!!! Finally!!!

I have received a high number of requests for boots. Well the time has arrived! This is the moment that we all have been waiting for (including me, the Owner). Ladells.Com has started getting boots in. Our first boots arrived a few weeks ago. In the next few weeks look for more to be added.

One of Ladells.Com goals, while searching for boots, was to find a nice boot with the popular stretch material. All of Ladells.Com boots will be made with some stretch in the material. The stretch material, allows those with larger calf, legs and ankles to wear a snazzy pair of boots and still be comfortable. I am very excited about the Boot line and know that you will be pleased as well.

Check the Website frequently as more boots will start arriving the week of 8/17/09.

Never Can Say Good Bye...

I can't get the lyrics out of my head, "Never Can Say Good Bye, No No No NO, I...". Maybe it's because the lyrics truly express how I feel about this Legend, Icon and King of entertainment. I can remember back when The Jackson Five came to the Cow Palace in San Francisco. It must have been sometime in the 70's. My mom waited and could not get tickets. She decided to dress us up and ride out there anyway. When we got to the door all of the tickets were sold out. My heart was crushed. To make it worst, my cousins had tickets and were arriving as we were leaving. I don't remember a time that I cried more.

Michael is more then words could ever describe. He has stepped up and exceeded any challenges put before him. He is a true inspiration. Before his death, Michael nor the World could have known how much he impacted our lives and how much he will truly be missed. It's not goodbye, it's see you later. I can never say good bye.

Plain and Simple!

Often customers say to me, " I don't have anything that color in my closet." Or, " I love the shoe but what will I wear it with?" I realize that we are in a recession, which is why I keep my prices very reasonable (nothing over $50). I tell you, every time I hear this, my body cringe. I think to myself, " Is this person finished shopping for life? Is what they have at home all they ever plan on buying?" I can't imagine not purchasing additional clothing with the fashion runways changing even before I finish typing this blog!!!

When I hear this comment I try to explain to the customer, " It is very important that you purchase the shoe first! Especially if the shoe is comfortable and at the right price. Once you have the right shoe, you can always, and I do mean, always find the right "fit." There are far more color options with fabrics then there are with shoes- thats just a fact." I further explain that, " When you come up on an exotic and different color shoes (at the right price) you are to take it home with you- Plain and Simple!"

Final thought: I am not speaking as the owner of Ladells.Com. I am speaking as a woman who get up everyday and go to work from 9to5. Women. Listen. If you get up and go to work everyday, the least that you can do is treat yourself to a shoe that cost $40 or less without hemming and hawing over it! Plain and Simple.

Show Stoppin!

No matter how you try to accessorize your wardrobe with beautiful jewelry, if the shoes are not complimenting your outfit, your just not going to bring the bang. Shoes are important, but the right shoe (color and style) is everything! Plain and Simple.

Ladells.Com don't do alot of your basic colors (brown, black, beige,etc). Ladells leave that for your typical department stores who offer a variety of basic colors and styles. Ladells want to take you to another level of fashion. Step outside of the norm, if you will.

Ladells.Com will only sell shoes that will make onlookers stop and ask where did you get that shoe?! Make onlookers rush to the nearest computer to look up Ladells.Com. Whether they actually order or just want to know where you got your shoes, Ladells consider it a compliment. Ladells.Com know, beyond a shadow of doubt, that it will eventually turn into a sale :-)

Opening A Store Soon!

Ladells.Com understand that some people are still not comfortable shopping online and want to accomodate all. Which is why Ladells.Com is opening up a store very soon. The plan is to open a store in the Vallejo, Ca area within the next few months. To start, the store hours will be Monday-Friday (6-9) and weekends Saturday 10-9pm and Sunday 10-6pm. You will receive information about the Grand Opening once all is finalized. Ladells.Com look forward to serving all of your fashion needs.

How To Wear High Heels

If you have recently been to Ladells.Com you have noticed that platform heels has been added to the fashion line up. I'm going to be honest, I was a little intimidated by the height of some of the platforms. While at a shoe show, I decided to try on a pair. Low and Behold! I found them to be very comfortable and allowed me to strut with control! So look for more platforms to be added to Ladells line up. There is so much more to come with Ladells. We will be adding handbags that will match up with the shoes! Ladells.Com is slowly but surely becoming the Bay Area's leader in offering affordable and unique fashion. Below I have taken the time out to talk about wearing heels since this is Ladells.Com area of interest. While we do have some flats, LaDells main focus is providing shoes that provide a sexy lift off of the ground. Look for heel wearing training sessions to be a part of Ladells goal to empower women to celebrate their femininity and recognize the power of appeal.

The Platform

The platform heel provides better arch support, which is perfect for those with low archs. The platform heel is leveled by an even front. It lifts up the heel and feet creating a leveled feeling. Which is more comfortable then your normal high heel shoe. Ever wondered how Celebrities are able to walk in high heels. Next time look at the heel, it will more then likely be a platform.



High Heels

Wearing a 3 inch heel is comfortable for most people. A 3 inch heel is comfortable and allows you to feel in control. A higher heel should be worn by those with medium to high arches. People with medium to high arches can pretty much get away with comfortably wearing a variety of heel sizes.



Safety

Learning to walk in heels is something that every woman must learn how to do unless there are physical limitations that prevent it. Buy a pair of heels and practice walking around the house. When your no longer wobbling , you are ready to head out to that big event.



Avoid wearing high heels were there are uneven surfaces are where rocks and other loose debris is at. This can make your heel tilt to the side and twist your ankle.



Avoid sidewalks cracks. Heels may get caught in the crack and cause you to lose your balance and (less important) damage your shoes.



Avoid driving with high heels whenever possible. In order to look good, you have to show up- right?
